Unique and spacious 4 person bedroom, great view of the seafood market and was very comfortable to sleep in. Location was perfect for us to get to from the station and explore all the Hakodate attractions and was convenient for us to get to the station after we checked out for our next destination.

As soon as we entered, we noticed a lovely fragrance in the lobby. Check-in was very easy and guided by friendly front desk staff. We absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean, great location, and quiet. We were happy with the washer-dryer, though the laundry room could get congested during busy times. Parking was hassle-free and at no charge. We could also walk to various sightseeing spots nearby. There are a few convenience stores and lots of places to eat very close by. We would stay here again for sure.

The location is very good; 5 mins walk to Hakodate Morning Market. Japanese breakfast with 4 restaurant choices at Morning Market are all good. About 10 mins walk to JR Station. Lucky Pierrot (Burger etc) is less than 5 mins walk.

This hotel was in a great location. We didn't realize how close it was to the morning market and the JR Station. The hotel itself is very modern and the room we had was a nice comfortable size. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and the parking was convenient, located in an empty gravel lot right next to the hotel. We were concerned that the spaces might fill up by the time we returned to the hotel at night but this was never the case. There were also a lot of restaurant options available, even later at night in this part of Hakodate.

Property was exceptional, clean space, lots of amenities inside the room and facilities are super well maintained. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel is also located close to major areas ( 5 min walk from JR Hakodate station, right across Hakodate morning market ekini, 3 min walk from the nearby tram station or 7 min away from the Hakodate ekimae tram stop) and there are multiple konbinis nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visitinf Hakodate!!!

The space in the room was amazing. There were 4 of us (1 kid, 3 adults). The room felt very spacious, and the smartTV could connect to Netflix and Youtube (in fact the only one that could across all our other accomodations) We did not get the breakfast there, but there was 7 -11 and Lawsons, as well as the Seafood Market and Lucky Pierot all within walking distance of the hotel which made it really easy to get food. Take your own amenities at the counter outside - more than sufficient for our 2 night stay here. Additional change of towels provided at request.

The standard studio is quite spacious for 3 people. We love the separation design of the bathroom and the toilet especially. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always replied to my enquiry message promptly. And the location is quite convenient. We will definitely stay in Fav again when we visit Hakodate next time.

The location is great, near convenience store, morning market, public transportation is accessible quite near the hotel. You can just walk to explore the around. Some popular place is also nearby, can be reached by walk. The hotel itself has decent size, good bed, good amenities (like an apartment, complete basic kitchen, spacious bathroom), and most of all is keyless so you dont need to find your keycard.

Location is excellent. It’s very near to the Hakodate Jr Station. Morning market is just opposite the hotel. Many other restaurants as well. We booked a room for 4. There were 4 beds! 2 twin/queen size and 2 single. A small family area. Room and toilet are clean. The hotel made very clever efficient use of the space in the room. Super comfortable rest. Hotel staff are young, friendly, helpful.

Overall enjoyable great room. Wished I had more time to enjoy. I love this particular room type with the double bed and bunk on top. Very modern hotel and well designed with a lot of sockets around for tech traveller. The bed is cozy and with individual lighting so u don’t disturb others. I like the kitchenette area, separate bath n wash area and toilet.
